About
Headlight Management provides business management services to clients across the entertainment industry — independent artists and bands, writers, producers, performers, and the teams and companies behind them. Creative income is irregular by nature. It arrives late, in uneven amounts, from several directions at once, while payroll, vendors, and taxes keep to an ordinary calendar. Bridging that gap is our work.
We handle the books, bill pay, payroll, and cash flow management, and we track down income across publishing, streaming, merchandise, licensing, and royalties. We also manage the tax and long-term planning a creative career requires, and for clients who tour, that extends to road budgets and show settlements. However our clients earn a living, they can always reach us and get a direct answer from someone who already knows their numbers — because a steady financial foundation is what makes the creative work possible.
